Ideal for food prep and display, the Continental D72N18C sandwich and salad prep table features a 19-inch cutting board, (18) 4-inch-deep pans, interior tubs beneath the pans, and an insulated top; the tubs below the pans are removable for simple cleanup. The cabinet's front, top, and end panels are made of stainless steel for durability and resistance to corrosion, and 2-inch-thick insulation inside the cabinet keeps out heat. To simplify cleaning around and underneath the cabinet, it sits on 6-inch stainless steel legs.

For preventative maintenance, the Continental D72N18C prep table's defrost system reduces ice accumulation, and its refrigeration system is rear mounted for easy servicing when needed. This self-contained system includes an expansion valve for R290 refrigerant, and users can adjust temperatures from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit with electronic controls. At unsafe conditions, the high/low alarm alerts employees.
