Continental D72N18C-D 72" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Featuring six roll-out drawers for interior access, the Continental D72N18C-D Designer Line sandwich/salad prep table prevents cold air from escaping the refrigerated base with its magnetic snap-in gaskets. While the unit is constructed of stainless steel for durability, the included 19-inch-deep cutting board is made of nylon to resist stains and odors. The top compartment holds 18 sixth-size recessed pans and is kept cold with its insulated lid. The tub located below the pans is removable for cleaning. Overall, this unit measures 72 inches wide by 38¹/₄ inches deep by 43¹/₄ inches high.

The Continental D72N18C-D prep table utilizes R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly cooling and to reach temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The internal holding temperature is adjustable using the digital controller, and operators can monitor these temperature levels with the external display to ensure conditions remain optimal. The holding temperature is further preserved by the cabinet's 2-inch polyurethane foam insulation. To reduce water and ice buildup, the refrigerated base comes with a hot gas condensate evaporator and off-cycle defrost.
