Measuring 68 inches wide by 26¹/₄ inches high, the Continental D72N18C-FB Designer Line sandwich/salad prep table's interior features three heavy-duty steel shelves. The three solid doors provide interior access and self-close when left open. For versatile kitchen placement, staff can change the direction of each door swing. This unit offers convenient storage of popular ingredients in its top compartment, which contains a removable tub and can hold 18 sixth-size pans. This prep table is mounted on 3³/₄-inch casters for maneuvering when cleaning or maintenance is needed.

The Continental D72N18C-FB prep table supports temperature adjustments between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit with the digital controller. For ultimate temperature retaining properties, this table is made of stainless steel with 2 inches of polyurethane foam insulation, and the self-contained refrigeration system uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. If temperature fluctuations occur, an alarm sounds to notify staff. This unit is equipped with an off-cycle defrost system that reduces ice formation and a hot gas condensate evaporator that automatically operates for energy efficiency.
