Continental D72N18M-FB 72" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Part of the Designer Line series, the Continental D72N18M-FB mighty top sandwich/salad unit can be employed as an add-on to existing workstations or as a standalone unit. It features an array of 18 sixth-sized pans housed in a removable inner well, and an attached insulated lid can be pulled over the array to contain cool conditions. Adjacent to this display is an open space for packaging and dishware, while a full-length, 8-inch-deep cutting board spans the front to streamline recipe assembly.

The Continental D72N18M-FB refrigerated preparation table's base spans 20.6 cubic feet and is divided into three sections by the three self-closing doors. Each section is fitted with an epoxy-coated steel wire shelf. The base is cooled via the self-contained refrigeration system positioned at the back of the unit behind a removable panel. This system utilizes R290 refrigerant and is front breathing, enabling safe positioning against a wall or barrier as desired.
