Continental D72N18M-FB-D 72" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Designed as a front-breathing unit, the Continental D72N18M-FB-D Designer Line sandwich/salad preparation table can be placed against a wall or other barrier to maximize kitchen space. The cabinet is equipped with a self-contained refrigeration system installed behind a removable panel in the back. This system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and works to cool the base between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit as determined by the electronic controller's input setting.

The top of the Continental D72N18M-FB-D refrigerated preparation table includes an arrangement of 18 sixth-sized pans housed in a removable tub. A pull-down insulated lid is positioned behind this to cover the pans between uses, helping maintain cool conditions. A full-length nylon cutting board spans the front, and the three-section base is divided by the three roll-out drawers.
