Continental D72N24M 72" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The top of the Continental D72N24M refrigerated preparation unit features two arrangements of 12 sixth-sized pans that are housed in removable inner tubs and covered by pull-down insulated lids. At the far left is an empty space to support packaging and dishware as needed, while an 8-inch-deep cutting board runs the length of the cabinet in front of the pan arrangements. The base's 20.6-cubic-foot interior is fitted with three epoxy-coated wire shelves and enclosed by three self-closing doors.

For safe and efficient operation, the Continental D72N24M sandwich/salad preparation table's self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The system is equipped with an automatic, hot-gas condensate evaporator and off-cycle defrost to improve longevity and reduce the need for staff intervention. The holding temperature is set between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit via the electronic controller.
