Great for locations looking to expand preparation stations, the Continental D72N24M-D sandwich/salad unit is a large 72-inch cabinet featuring two 12 sixth-sized-pan arrangements, each of which is covered by a pull-down insulated lid. In front of these is a full-length cutting board to streamline food assembly, while an open space at the far right can support dishware or packaging as desired. The three-section base is divided by the six roll-out drawers.

The Continental D72N24M-D Designer Line preparation cabinet uses a self-contained refrigeration system to cool the base to a set level between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit via the electronic controller. The system is equipped with an automatic, hot gas condensate evaporator and an off-cycle defrost; it utilizes R290 refrigerant for safe and efficient operation. If a drastic shift in temperature occurs, an audible alert sounds until addressed.
