To ease cleaning, this unit's pans feature removable tubs. Products stored inside the cabinet space are secured with three torsion-type, self-closing doors. The unit's front, top, end panels, and interior are made of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance, while thick insulation between the paneling maintains consistent temperatures.

The Continental D72N24M-FB Designer Line sandwich/salad prep table's refrigeration system is self-contained for straightforward installation. It uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant via an expansion valve system and a non-corrosive evaporator coil. Temperatures are simple to adjust with electronic controls, which have an adjustable range from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
