The Continental D72N24M-FB-D Designer Line sandwich/salad prep table is designed with six drawers; these drawers have a two-tier design to hold one half-size 6-inch-deep pan and one third-size 6-inch deep pan per drawer. The drawers have a stainless steel construction to help promote a long lifespan. The drawers' Santoprene™ snap-in gaskets grant an airtight closure, while thick polyurethane insulation keeps heat out to maintain consistent temperatures. The top side features 24 sixth-size pans and an 8-inch nylon cutting board to ease food prep. The unit's front, top, and sides are made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durability.

The Continental D72N24M-FB-D prep table is simple to install due to its self-contained refrigeration system. With the expansion valve and plasticized fin evaporator coil, this unit uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant. The unit's defrost cycle combats frost accumulation, and the condensate pan works automatically to eliminate excess moisture over time. The temperature range can be set from 33 to 41 degrees with the temperature controls.
