Continental D72N27M 72" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

From the Designer Line series, the Continental Refrigeration D72N27M sandwich and salad prep table has a high-quality stainless steel construction. Its interior cabinet is insulated with thick polyurethane for temperature retention. Each section of its three-section design is made with solid, heavy-duty doors with a self-closing system to reduce cold air loss. The heavy-duty cabinet is supported with 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs, which permit employees to easily clean around or underneath the cabinet compartment. Its top side, which consists of an 8-inch-deep full-length cutting board and 27 sixth-size pans, is great for food prep and display. The 20.6-cubic-foot cabinet holds three shelves for medium volume storage.

The Continental D72N27M prep table's refrigeration system is self-contained to streamline installation. This unit operates in an environmentally safe fashion using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and its expansion valve system. For preemptive maintenance, the refrigeration system is equipped with an off-cycle defrost system and hot gas condensate evaporator. Users can conveniently adjust the temperature range with the electronic controls, which supports a range from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Conditions are monitored with the digital display and high/low alarm.
