Continental D72N27M-FB 72" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Part of the Designer Line series, the Continental D72N27M-FB sandwich/salad prep table is designed for heavy use and made of stainless steel. The top side features two compartments that hold (27) 4-inch pans in total, and the adjacent 8-inch deep cutting board is great for prepping meat, produce, or crafting sandwiches. Once filled with product, the insulated lids will protect the display from other contaminants. The tub placed underneath the pans streamline cleaning tasks after use. The cabinet's 20.6-cubic-foot capacity holds three heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel shelves for extra storage.

The Continental D72N27M-FB prep table's self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly operation. It's back mounted to provide simple access for service, though, its integrated defrost system inhibits heavy frost accumulation on integral parts. Using electronic controls, which feature a display and high/low alarm for monitoring, users can adjust the temperature range from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
