The Continental D72N27M-FB-D Designer Line sandwich/salad prep table features six drawers and a 20.6-cubic-foot capacity for medium-volume storage. The drawers are made of stainless steel and have a roll-out configuration to withstand intense use. The top side of the unit has an opening that can fit (27) 4-inch-deep pans to house produce or deli meats; the unit's insulated lid works to shield the food items from contaminants. The 8-inch cutting board is ideal for general food prep.

The Continental D72N27M-FB-D sandwich/salad prep table's self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 refrigerant via an expansion valve system. To prevent corrosion, the evaporator coil is plasticized. Users can service the refrigeration system because of its simple-to-access back-mounted location; though, it's built-in with an off-cycle defrost system for preventative maintenance. For convenient temperature adjustment, the electronic controls have an adjustable range from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
