The 72-inch-wide by 35-inch-deep by 43¹/₄-inch-high Continental D72N30M Designer Line sandwich/salad prep table features a full-length nylon cutting board that measures 8 inches deep. Equipped with two top compartments that hold 30 sixth-size recessed pans, this unit keeps stored ingredients fresh with two insulated lids that trap cold temperatures. The exterior and interior are made of stainless steel, while the three solid doors self-close when accidentally left open, reducing recovery time. These doors are field-rehingeable for versatile placement and open to three interior shelves.

With a temperature range from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, the Continental D72N30M prep table maintains cold conditions with R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is produced with the self-contained refrigeration system. This system is built with an off-cycle defrost to prevent ice buildup and a hot gas condensate evaporator that automatically eliminates water development. Operators can manage the temperature and defrost settings with the digital controller, and this control panel comes with a display for monitoring purposes. If the temperature level deviates from its setting, an alarm sounds until addressed.
