The top compartment can hold 30 sixth-size pans, keeping ingredients close to the food preparation process, and the 8-inch-deep nylon cutting board is made of nylon to resist damage. Designed with six roll-out drawers, this cooler offers 20.6 cubic feet of storage capacity, and each drawer seals with a magnetic gasket, which promotes temperature retention. Overall, this unit measures 72 inches wide by 35 inches deep by 43¹/₄ inches high, and its 6-inch legs are adjustable for stabilization.

The Continental D72N30M-D prep table is digitally controlled, enabling quick and accurate temperature adjustments. The external display provides a current temperature readout for streamlined monitoring. To simplify installation, the unit's refrigeration system is self-contained and operates with an off-cycle defrost and hot gas condensate evaporator for energy efficiency and reduced maintenance.
