The Continental PA43N-D pizza preparation table is a two-section unit equipped with a durable, heavy-gauge, 300-series stainless steel worktop. Its stainless steel front and end panels complement its corrosion-resistant aluminum interior. The prep table features two stainless steel roll-out drawers and a half-height self-closing door for streamlined ingredient storage. A 19-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board enables efficient preparation of pizza and related dishes. Insulated lids and pan top dividers can hold four third-size pans or one half-size pan (pans not included), enhancing organization during use.

The Continental PA43N-D refrigerated preparation table's self-contained refrigeration system is side mounted on a slide-out panel for accessible servicing. This system employs forced-air cooling, an expansion valve system, and a reversing condenser fan to maintain consistent interior temperatures. For environmentally friendly cooling, it uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Additional features, such as an automatic, hot gas condensate evaporator and a corrosion-resistant plasticized fin evaporator coil, promote longevity and efficiency. Operators can manage system performance using the electronic controller with off-cycle defrost capabilities.
