The Continental PA60N pizza preparation table is a two-section unit designed to streamline ingredient storage and assembly with a 19-cubic-foot interior. Constructed with a durable 300-gauge stainless steel worktop, stainless steel exterior, and corrosion-resistant aluminum interior, the prep table also features 2 inches of polyurethane foam insulation for structural integrity and temperature retention. This unit includes two solid doors and a smaller access door above the compressor, while its 19-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board supports efficient preparation. An insulated lid and seven pan top divider bars hold up to eight third-size pans (not included) for organized ingredient access.

The Continental PA60N refrigerated preparation table's side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system is engineered for durability and accessibility, featuring a slide-out panel design. This system uses forced-air cooling, a reversing condenser fan, and an expansion valve system to regulate temperature efficiently. Additional components, such as a plasticized fin evaporator coil, enhance performance and longevity. The electronic control enables precise system adjustments, while the off-cycle defrost prevents frost buildup. For eco-conscious cooling, the system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
