The Continental PA68N-D pizza preparation table is a two-section unit engineered for high-volume ingredient storage and preparation. With a 300-gauge stainless steel top, stainless steel exterior, and corrosion-resistant aluminum interior, the cabinet is built for durability. Its 2-inch polyurethane foam insulation supports structural integrity and temperature retention. The unit includes four stainless steel roll-out drawers and a small access door above the compressor for versatile storage options. The open top holds nine third-size pans (not included) and is fitted with an insulated lid, heavy-duty hinge pins, and eight pan top dividers. A 19-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board provides a spacious, sanitary prep surface.

The Continental PA68N-D refrigerated preparation table's side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system is designed for optimal performance and easy maintenance with a slide-out panel. Featuring forced-air cooling, a reversing condenser fan, and an expansion valve system, the system ensures consistent temperature regulation. Its eco-safe R290 refrigerant, plasticized fin evaporator coil, and automatic hot gas condensate evaporator promote energy efficiency and reliability. The internal electronic controller, located inside a compartment above the compressor, offers precise temperature management, while the off-cycle defrost minimizes frost accumulation for smooth operation.
