The Continental PA93N pizza preparation table with a refrigerated base provides ample space and efficient functionality for high-volume operations. Built with a durable 300-gauge stainless steel top and a stainless steel exterior, the prep table also includes a corrosion-resistant aluminum interior. Its 32-cubic-foot interior offers ample storage supported by three epoxy-coated steel shelves and three solid self-closing doors. The 19-inch-deep nylon cutting board creates a convenient workspace, while the open top accommodates 12 third-size pans with 10 pan top dividers under insulated lids. For structural stability and temperature retention, the cabinet features 2-inch polyurethane foam insulation.

The Continental PA93N refrigerated preparation table's side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system is designed for consistent cooling and easy maintenance. Forced-air circulation, a reversing condenser fan, and an expansion valve system deliver precise temperature regulation. The system includes an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator and a plasticized fin evaporator coil to enhance efficiency and reliability. Operators can manage performance using the electronic control, and the off-cycle defrost minimizes frost accumulation. Using eco-friendly R290 refrigerant, the Continental PA93N system balances performance with environmental responsibility.
