Continental RA60N10 60" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Designed to endure commercial locations, the Continental RA60N10 refrigerated sandwich unit's front and sides are made of stainless steel, while the back is made of galvanized steel and features an aluminum interior. To support countertop equipment, dishware, or packaging, the worktop is constructed of 300-gauge stainless steel. A 12-inch-deep nylon cutting board spans the width of the cabinet and an arrangement of 10 sixth-size pan covered by an insulated lid is integrated on the left side.

On the far-right side of Continental RA60N10 sandwich/salad preparation table is its bottom-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system, which uses a forced air design to cool the interior. Staff can set the desired holding temperature via the electronic controls located inside the access door above the compressor. The unit's refrigerated interior spans 19 cubic feet and is fitted with four epoxy-coated steel shelves. Two full-size doors enclose this space and are designed to self-close to reduce recovery time and maximize energy use.
