Continental RA60N10-D 60" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Featuring four roll-out drawers, a 300-guage worktop, and an arrangement of 10 sixth-size pans, the Continental RA60N10-D refrigerated sandwich/salad base can be used to streamline recipe assembly in commercial prep stations. The front and side panels are made of stainless steel, while the rear is galvanized steel and the interior is aluminum. Between the paneling is 2 inches of polyurethane foam to help maintain cool interior conditions.

To set the desired operating temperature, staff must utilize the Continental RA60N10-D refrigerated base's electronic controller, which is accessible via the small door above the compressor. The system uses forced-air fans to distribute cold air evenly throughout the interior. An automatic hot gas condensate evaporator and off-cycle defrost function in the background to maintain vital components to ensure proper operation.
