Continental RA60N12 60" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Continental RA60N12 refrigerated preparation table is a versatile cabinet fitted with an integrated arrangement of 12 sixth-size pans with an insulated cover; this, combined with its 12-inch-deep, full-wide nylon cutting board, streamlines recipe assembly. The unit's interior spans 19 cubic feet and is fitted with four epoxy-coated steel shelves. Two solid doors enclose the space and are designed to self-close to reduce recovery time.

Positioned at the side of the Continental RA60N12 sandwich/salad preparation table is its self-contained refrigeration system. Users must set the desired holding temperature using the electronic controller located inside the small access door above the compressor. The system then cools using forced air and R290 refrigerant, a safe and efficient alternative to traditional refrigerants. To reduce the need for staff intervention, the refrigeration system is equipped with an automatic condensate evaporator and off-cycle defrost.
