Continental RA60N12-D 60" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Designed to streamline recipe assembly, the Continental RA60N12-D refrigerated preparation table is a 60-inch-wide cabinet featuring a 12-well array covered by an insulated lid and a full-width nylon cutting board. Its refrigerated interior is divided up by four roll-out drawers to organize common cool ingredients for quick access. Overall, the cabinet is built with a stainless steel front and sides, galvanized steel rear, and aluminum interior.

To provide ample interior space and ease of access, the Continental RA60N12-D refrigerated sandwich/salad preparation table's self-contained refrigeration system is positioned at its side. It cools using a forced-air system and initiates the automatic, hot gas condensate evaporator and off-cycle defrost to maintain vital components. Staff must set the desired holding temperature via the electronic controller located just inside the access door above the compressor.
