Continental RA60N12M 60" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Continental RA60N12M refrigerated sandwich unit is a versatile addition to preparation stations in commercial kitchens. It's 300-gauge worktop can accommodate countertop equipment, dishware, or packaging as needed and features an integrated 12-count sixth-size pan arrangement on the left side. An insulated, pull-down lid protects the pans from cool-air loss and pests between use. Spanning the full width of the cabinet is its cutting board, which is made of nylon for easy cleaning.

For efficient operation, the Continental RA60N12M sandwich/salad preparation table's refrigeration system is self-contained and mounted at the bottom right of the unit. It's built onto a removable panel for ease of access when maintenance is required. The system utilizes a forced-air cooling system and environmentally safe R290 refrigerant. Located inside the access door above the compressor is the electronic controller. The refrigerated interior spans 19 cubic feet with four epoxy shelves to promote organization.
