Continental RA60N18M-D 60" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Ideal for use alongside preparation stations, the Continental RA60N18M-D refrigerated sandwich/salad unit is a 60-inch-wide cabinet topped with an arrangement of 18 sixth-size pans and an open section made of 300-gauge stainless steel. A full-width cutting board is built into the top to streamline recipe assembly. The base's interior spans 19 cubic feet, is made of aluminum, and is fitted with four epoxy-coated steel shelves.

Positioned at the side of the Continental RA60N18M-D refrigerated preparation base is its self-contained refrigeration system, which enables ample interior space and is mounted on a removable panel for easy access. The system uses a forced-air cooling system and is equipped with an automatic condensate evaporator and off-cycle defrost to ensure proper operation and longevity of the refrigeration system.
