Continental RA60N8 60" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Built to endure heavy commercial use, the Continental RA60N8 sandwich/salad unit's front and side are made of stainless steel with a galvanized rear and grills and an aluminum interior. The cabinet's top is constructed of 300-gauge stainless steel to support countertop equipment, dishware, or packaging as needed. Next to this is an arrangement of 10 sixth-size pans covered by a pull-down door to prevent cold-air loss. The interior of the cabinet is aluminum, fitted with four epoxied steel shelves, and enclosed with two solid doors.

The Continental RA60N8 refrigerated preparation cabinet utilizes a self-contained refrigeration system to cool the interior using forced-air fans. Staff can set the desired holding temperature via the electronic controller located inside the access door above the compressor. To ensure efficient operation, the system is equipped with an automatic condensate evaporator and an off-cycle defrost, which function in the background.
