Continental RA60SN8 60" Sandwich/salad Prep Table W/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Continental RA60SN8 sandwich and salad prep table has a 15.2-cubic-feet capacity that holds four epoxy-coated shelves. The base is constructed with two full doors and one half-height door with chrome, polished door handles. The top of the unit features eight shallow-depth, sixth-sized pans, and adjacent to them is a 12-inch cutting board for preparing food products. The Santoprene® gaskets ensure the doors close flush with the body. The exterior is made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance, while the interior is made of impact-resistant aluminum. The unit's 5-inch casters grant smooth mobility on floor plans.

R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant facilitates through the Continental RA60SN8 sandwich and salad prep table's interior via its self-contained refrigeration system. Users can adjust the setpoint temperature with its electronic control system. While an off-cycle defrost system reduces the accumulation of frost on integral components, the hot-gas condensate evaporator works to minimize the accumulated moisture.
