Continental RA68N10-D 68" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Featuring a self-contained refrigeration system, the Continental RA68N10-D refrigerated sandwich base is a compact unit that's ideal for commercial locations looking to expand cool preparation storage. This system utilizes a forced-air cooling system to evenly distribute cold air throughout the interior. An automatic, hot gas condensate evaporator and off-cycle defrost help to ensure the system's longevity by protecting vital components.

The Continental RA68N10-D sandwich/salad preparation unit's base is divided by four roll-out drawers that are fitted with polished chrome handles and magnetic snap-in gaskets. A small access door located above the compressor enables staff to use the dial control to set the desired holding temperature. The cabinet's top is made of 300-gauge stainless steel and has a 10-sixth-size pan array beside the open space.
