The Continental RA68N8 pizza prep table with a refrigerated base is designed to enhance ingredient organization and streamline preparation tasks. Its 300-gauge stainless steel worktop and stainless steel exterior ensure durability and corrosion resistance, while the aluminum interior withstands wear in demanding environments. With 22 cubic feet of interior space, the unit includes two self-closing solid doors, a small access door above the compressor, and polished chrome handles. The 12-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board and eight included sixth-size pans with an insulated lid create an efficient setup for pizza preparation.

The Continental RA68N8 refrigerated prep table is equipped with a side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system on a slide-out panel for easy servicing. The system employs forced-air cooling, an expansion valve system, and environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant to maintain optimal temperatures. Maintenance is simplified with an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator, and the corrosion-resistant plasticized fin evaporator coil extends the unit's longevity. For precise temperature management, the system features an internal electronic controller, while 5-inch casters support mobility and stability.
