Continental RA68SN10-D 68" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

For storing ingredients and food pans, the Continental RA68SN10-D sandwich and salad prep table features a refrigerated base that has three sections with four full-size drawers; its small half-height cabinet is ideal for storing small containers. The door and drawer facings are stainless steel and fitted with polished chrome handles. The refrigeration system is self-contained and uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to keep contents at safe temperatures.

The Continental RA68SN10-D sandwich and salad prep table is equipped with a 300-series stainless steel flat work top for preparing salads, sandwiches, and other meals. The top has a pan rail made to hold 10 sixth-size pans and keep them refrigerated. A 12-inch-deep nylon cutting board is mounted on the front of the worktop, and the pans can be covered when not in use to conserve energy and cold air.
