Continental RA68SN12 68" Sandwich/salad Prep Table W/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Continental RA68SN12 sandwich and salad prep table is a large stainless steel unit measuring 68 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 42 inches high. It sits on 5-inch casters for mobility as required and is made of stainless steel for durability and resistance to rust and corrosion over time. Its refrigerated base has three sections with two full-height doors and one half-height door. The main cabinet comes with an adjustable shelf, and the small cabinet is ideal for storing small containers and ingredients.

The Continental RA68SN12 sandwich and salad prep table's refrigeration system is self-contained, bottom-mounted, and uses hydrocarbon refrigerant to keep contents at food-safe temperatures. The cabinets are cooled as is the pan rail at the top of the unit. This pan rail can hold the included 12 sixth-size pans and includes a cover for energy conservation. It comes with a front-mounted nylon cutting board for food preparation within reach of the pan rail.
