The Continental RA93N12M preperation table with refrigerated base is designed to streamline food preparation and storage in busy commercial kitchens. Featuring a 300-gauge stainless steel worktop and a 10-inch-deep nylon cutting board, this unit provides a durable and convenient workspace. With 12 sixth-size pans and an insulated lid, it offers easy access to ingredients, while the 32-cubic-foot interior includes six epoxy-coated steel shelves for organized storage. Its three self-closing doors, polished chrome handles, and Santoprene™ magnetic snap-in gaskets ensure a secure seal, while a small access door above the compressor simplifies maintenance.

The Continental RA93N12M refrigerated base employs a high-performance, side-mounted refrigeration system accessible via a slide-out panel. This system uses forced-air cooling, an expansion valve, and eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain consistent temperatures. Maintenance is reduced with a hot gas condensate evaporator and a corrosion-resistant plasticized fin evaporator coil. The off-cycle defrost feature prevents frost buildup, and the internal electronic controller allows precise temperature management. For mobility and stability, the unit is mounted on six 5-inch casters, with front casters equipped with locks for secure placement.
