Continental RA93N12M-D 93" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Continental RA93N12M-D refrigerated sandwich unit is an ideal addition for establishments looking to expand preparation stations. Overall, it measures 93 inches wide by 37 inches deep by 42 inches high and is constructed of stainless steel. Its worktop is reinforced with 300 series stainless steel to support countertop equipment and packaging as needed. Beside the workspace is an arrangement of 12 sixth-size pans, provided for convenience, and a 10-inch-deep nylon cutting board to streamline recipe assembly.

Mounted at the side of the Continental RA93N12M-D sandwich unit is its self-contained refrigeration system, positioned to enable ample interior space and mounted on a removable panel to ease maintenance. To set the desired holding temperature, staff must access the electronic controller. The system is equipped with an automatic, hot gas condensate evaporator and an off-cycle defrost. For safe and efficient operation, it uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
