The unit accommodates 18 sixth-size pans with insulated lids and features a 10-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board for streamlined ingredient preparation. The Continental RA93N18M-D refrigerated prep table is equipped with a side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant€”an eco-friendly and efficient cooling solution. Forced-air cooling and an expansion valve ensure consistent temperatures, while an automatic hot-gas condensate evaporator and corrosion-resistant plasticized fin evaporator coil reduce maintenance needs. Santoprene™ magnetic gaskets create an airtight seal, and the internal electronic controller, accessible through the small door above the compressor, allows precise temperature adjustments. Six 5-inch casters, including front-locking options, enable mobility and stability as needed.
