The Continental RA93N24M refrigerated base sandwich unit combines a spacious interior with durable construction, making it ideal for high-volume food preparation. Its 300-series stainless steel worktop, stainless steel front and end panels, and galvanized steel rear and grill panels ensure long-lasting performance and corrosion resistance. The aluminum interior and 2 inches of polyurethane foam insulation improve thermal efficiency. This unit includes two arrangements of 12 sixth-size pans, each covered by an insulated lid, along with a 10-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board to streamline ingredient assembly. Accessibility is enhanced with three self-closing full-height solid doors and a small access door above the compressor.

The Continental RA93N24M refrigerated base operates with a side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for environmentally friendly cooling. Forced-air cooling and an expansion valve ensure consistent refrigeration throughout the 32-cubic-foot interior. Maintenance needs are minimized with the system's automatic hot-gas condensate evaporator and corrosion-resistant plasticized fin evaporator coil. Santoprene™ magnetic gaskets ensure an airtight seal, while the internal electronic controller, located behind the small access door, allows precise temperature adjustments. Six 5-inch casters, including front-locking options, provide mobility and stability.
