The Continental RA93N27M pizza prep table with refrigerated base is designed to streamline food preparation in high-volume commercial settings. Its 300-gauge stainless steel worktop, paired with stainless steel front and end panels, provides durability and resistance to corrosion. The galvanized steel rear and grill panels and aluminum interior enhance the unit's structural integrity, while 2-inch polyurethane foam insulation ensures superior thermal performance. This unit accommodates 27 sixth-size pans covered by two insulated lids and includes a 10-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board for ingredient assembly. The 32-cubic-foot interior is accessible through three full-height, self-closing solid doors and a small access door above the compressor.

Equipped with a side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system, the Continental RA93N27M uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly cooling. The forced-air cooling system and expansion valve ensure consistent and efficient refrigeration. Maintenance is simplified with an automatic hot-gas condensate evaporator and corrosion-resistant plasticized fin evaporator coil. An internal electronic controller, located behind the small access door, allows precise temperature adjustments. Santoprene™ magnetic gaskets ensure a secure seal, while six 5-inch casters, including front-locking options, provide mobility and stability for repositioning and cleaning.
