Continental RA93SN10 93" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Continental RA93SN10 sandwich and salad prep table is equipped with a refrigerated base for cold storage in high-volume commercial kitchens. The full unit measures 93 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 42 inches high and sits on six 5-inch casters for smooth mobility and maneuvering. The top of the unit has a 300 series stainless steel flat work top, a covered pan rail equipped to hold ten ¹/₆-size food pans, and a nylon cutting board.

The Continental RA93SN10 sandwich and salad prep table is constructed of stainless steel for durability and resistance to rust and corrosion over time. It has three full-height cabinets and one half-height cabinet€”all with aluminum interiors. The refrigeration system in this table is self-contained and side mounted for easy access in case of repairs. To keep contents at food-safe temperatures, it uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
