Continental RA93SN18 93" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

This Continental RA93SN18 sandwich and salad prep table is a large stainless steel unit that serves as an ideal addition to food prep lines as well as cold food storage. Its top has a pan rail with two covers made to hold 18 sixth-size food pans of meal ingredients. In front of the refrigerated pan rails is a 12-inch-deep, white nylon cutting board for chopping ingredients. The two covers provide protection and help protect product from contamination between uses.

The Continental RA93SN18 sandwich and salad prep table's base has three full-height cold storage cabinets and one small cabinet. All four doors are stainless steel with polished chrome handles. The interiors are made of aluminum for durability, and the refrigeration system is self-contained and side mounted. It uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to keep its contents at cold food-safe temperatures.
