Continental SW27N12M 27" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v
To withstand constant use, the Continental Refrigeration SW27N12M Mighty Top sandwich prep unit is made of stainless steel and aluminum. Its top holds a removable tub and 12 sixth-size pans, all of which are included. Employees can place sandwiches on the cutting board while they add toppings and, if toppings run out, more can be retrieved from the refrigerated base. This base has a single 7.3-cubic-foot section with one shelf. To trap in cold air, the cabinet walls contain foamed-in-place insulation and the door closes by itself.
