With its 10-inch-deep cutting board, the Continental Refrigeration SW27N12M-FB Mighty Top sandwich prep unit works great for sandwich or salad assembly. Employees can move the food down the cutting board as they grab toppings from the pan rail. The rail's cutout can hold 12 different toppings in sixth-size pans and all these pans rest over a removable tub to keep cleaning simple. If any of the toppings run out, employees can grab more ingredients from the base and add them to the top.

This Continental Refrigeration SW27N12M-FB prep table has a built-in refrigeration system that maintains cold temperatures in the base and cutout pans. With the electronic controller, operators can adjust the settings and set the temperature to a level between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. When the temperature moves outside this range, the system alarms, so operators can fix the problem to prevent food from spoiling. Because the refrigeration system is mounted on the rear and breathes through the front, users can install this table right beside a wall or other equipment.
