Continental SW27N8 27" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Continental Refrigeration SW27N8 sandwich prep unit is constructed of stainless steel and aluminum for durability. Its door has a chrome handle and closes by itself, preventing spikes in temperature. Polyurethane insulation is foamed-in-place to increase cold air retention and structural strength of the base. It comes with one shelf, which is epoxy coated and corrosion resistant. Up top, the cutout holds a removable tub and has room for eight sixth-size pans. This tub catches spills or liquids and can be removed for cleaning.

With a built-in refrigeration system, this Continental Refrigeration SW27N8 prep table maintains a set temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit in the cutout pans and base. The temperature is controlled electronically and has a bright digital display on the front. In case of problems, this system has a high/low alarm that alerts users to large temperature changes. When servicing, operators can wheel out the unit and access the condenser from the rear.
