An epoxy-coated shelf and eight sixth-size food pans are included with the unit, and users can access the cabinet's interior with its solid door.
Because the Continental Refrigerator SW27N8-FB prep table's refrigeration system is self-contained, it simplifies installation. The refrigeration system breathes from the front and uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, while its automatic hot gas condensate evaporator regularly removes ice buildup.
