The Continental SW27N8-FB-D preparation table with refrigerated base is designed for compact ingredient storage and food preparation in busy commercial kitchens. It features an 8 sixth-size pan array with an insulated lid for organized storage and a 12-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board that provides ample workspace for assembling dishes. Two roll-out drawers, each capable of holding one 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch pan (pans not included), are positioned below the worktop to offer additional cold storage. The stainless steel front, top, and end panels enhance durability, while the aluminum back and interior resist corrosion for long-term use. Smooth, polished chrome drawer handles and Santoprene™ magnetic gaskets contribute to the unit's user-friendly design.

Equipped with a back-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system, the Continental SW27N8-FB-D refrigerated prep table is front-breathing, allowing efficient cooling in tight installation spaces. The system maintains temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Maintenance is streamlined with an automatic hot-gas condensate evaporator and corrosion-resistant plasticized fin evaporator coil, while internal electronic controls ensure precise temperature adjustments. The off-cycle defrost function enhances efficiency, and the 3³/₄-inch casters provide mobility for cleaning and repositioning.
