The Continental SW27N8C sandwich/salad preparation unit offers efficient ingredient storage and preparation space for commercial kitchens. Its 7.4-cubic-foot interior is equipped with one epoxy-coated steel shelf and an 8 sixth-size pan array, complete with an insulated lid and a removable holding tub for added convenience. The 19-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board provides ample workspace for streamlined food preparation. Built with a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior, the unit is durable and resistant to corrosion. The 2-inch foamed-in polyurethane insulation enhances thermal efficiency, while a solid self-closing door with magnetic Santoprene™ gasket ensures a tight seal.

Featuring a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system, the Continental SW27N8C maintains a holding temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly and efficient cooling. Maintenance is simplified with an automatic hot-gas condensate evaporator and corrosion-resistant plasticized fin evaporator coil. The unit's internal electronic controller allows for precise temperature adjustments, and 5-inch casters provide mobility for repositioning and cleaning. The completely enclosed, vented, and removable case back improves ventilation and simplifies maintenance tasks.
