The Continental Refrigerator SW27N8C-FB sandwich and salad prep table has a one-section refrigerated base that includes one epoxy-coated shelf for ingredient storage and corrosion resistance. To contain sliced vegetables and other fresh toppings, this unit includes eight sixth-size food pans. Stainless steel construction on the unit's front, end, and top panels give it the durability needed to withstand frequent use.

The Continental Refrigerator SW27N8C-FB prep table uses a self-contained refrigeration system that is mounted in the rear and breathes from the front. An environmentally friendly option, the system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and to keep cold air inside the cabinet, its walls are insulated with polyurethane foam.
