The Continental SW27N8C-FB-D prep table with refrigerated base combines efficient refrigeration with ample storage and preparation space in a compact, one-section design. It features an 8 sixth-size pan array with an insulated lid for organized ingredient storage and a 19-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board for streamlined food preparation. Beneath the worktop, two roll-out drawers are designed to hold one 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch pan each (not included). Santoprene™ magnetic gaskets create a secure seal, while smooth, polished chrome drawer handles enhance usability. The stainless steel front, top, and end panels provide durability, and the aluminum back and interior resist corrosion for long-term use.

The back-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system of the Continental SW27N8C-FB-D is front-breathing, enabling efficient cooling in tight spaces. The system maintains a temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit and uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Maintenance is simplified by an automatic hot-gas condensate evaporator and a corrosion-resistant plasticized fin evaporator coil. Internal electronic controls provide precise temperature adjustments, while off-cycle defrost improves system efficiency. Equipped with 5-inch casters, this unit is easy to reposition and clean, making it a versatile addition to commercial kitchens.
