The Continental SW32N12M-D preparation table with refrigerated base combines efficient ingredient preparation with dependable refrigerated storage. Its top section includes 12 sixth-size pans in a removable inner tub, secured with an insulated lid to maintain freshness. An 8-inch-deep full-length nylon cutting board provides a reliable workspace, while two stainless steel roll-out drawers facilitate organized storage. Built with stainless steel front, top, and end panels, the unit ensures durability in high-volume kitchen environments. The drawers are fitted with Santoprene™ magnetic snap-in gaskets to create a tight seal for optimal refrigeration performance.

Equipped with a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system, the Continental SW32N12M-D refrigeration prep table ensures consistent cooling between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The system uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and incorporates an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator to reduce maintenance needs. Its corrosion-resistant plasticized fin evaporator coil enhances reliability over time, while off-cycle defrost improves energy efficiency.
