The Continental Refrigerator SW23N12M-FB sandwich and salad prep table has a mighty top design that accommodates 12 sixth-size food pans, which are included. Its base is also refrigerated, and it comes with an epoxy-coated wire shelf that holds bulk ingredients. To give users a surface to prepare fresh dishes, a nylon cutting board, 10 inches deep, is mounted on the front of the unit.

The Continental Refrigerator SW23N12M-FB prep table cools its cabinet with a self-contained refrigeration system that breathes from the front. This system utilizes R290 refrigerant, a natural hydrocarbon, and if the unit's internal temperature becomes too high or too low, it sounds an alarm to let nearby users know it needs maintenance.
