To keep cold air inside the cabinet and top, polyurethane insulation lines the walls and lid, while the unit's hot gas condensate evaporator runs automatically to prevent ice from building up in the condenser.

The Continental Refrigerator SW32N12M-FB-D prep table has a full-width nylon cutting board that provides a surface for users to assemble sandwiches and salads. For durability, the unit's top, end, and front panels are made of stainless steel, and the prep table's base holds two drawers, each of which accommodate a full-size food pan or its fractional equivalents.
