It accommodates (10) recessed 1/6-size pans, each 4 inches deep, enabling organized ingredient storage and efficient workflow. Built with stainless steel on the top, front, and end panels, this unit is designed to endure the rigors of commercial kitchens. The electronic controller with a digital display and hi/low alarm provides precise temperature monitoring. Mounted on 5-inch casters, can be repositioned to suit the needs of commercial kitchens.
Efficient cooling is a defining feature of the Continental SW36N10C sandwich/salad prep table, supported by its self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system. Using environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the unit maintains consistent temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, enhanced by a unique airflow distribution system that ensures even cooling across all pans. The base includes two heavy-duty epoxy-coated steel shelves for extra storage and a removable interior tub below the pans for easy cleaning. Features such as 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation, an insulated lid, and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator contribute to temperature stability and energy efficiency. Two field-rehingeable, spring-loaded, self-closing doors equipped with magnetic Santoprene® gaskets ensure flexible door configuration and a secure seal to retain cold air.
