The Continental SW36N10C-FB sandwich/salad prep table features a 19-inch-deep full-length nylon cutting board, providing an expansive workspace for food preparation. It holds (10) ¹/₆-size recessed pans, each 4 inches deep, for organized ingredient storage. Built for durability, the stainless steel top, front, and end panels are suited for high-traffic commercial kitchens, while two field-rehingeable, spring-loaded, self-closing doors with magnetic Santoprene® gaskets maintain a secure seal and flexible door configuration.

The Continental SW36N10C-FB sandwich/salad prep table uses 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation to retain cold air and improve energy efficiency. Its insulated lid ensures ingredients stay fresh, while a unique airflow distribution system maintains consistent temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The refrigerated base includes two epoxy-coated steel shelves and a removable interior tub below the pans for easy cleaning. The fully enclosed, vented, and removable case back facilitates servicing, and 3³/₄-inch casters provide mobility in busy kitchens.
